Touchless Service Option: at Garvey Volkswagen we have multiple options to make your service appointment safe and convenient. We have a drop box for keys, prior to your service appointment you can drop off your vehicle, fill out the form and leave your keys in the drop box. When your vehicle is ready for pick up, we will let you know. Easy. Simple. Safe.
Service Valet: If you don't want to wait in our dealership for your vehicle, no problem. We offer service valet within 20 minute drive time on service over $80.00. Contact us for more details if you'd like more information on this service or would like to utilize this.
Touchless Payment Options: prefer to stay out of the dealership, no problem. You can call us and we can accept your payment over the phone.
Minimal Contact Service: for those who don't mind dropping their vehicle off, we have a KIOSK that you can check yourself in at to minimize your interactions with our staff. This self-service KIOSK is quick and easy to use.
Cleaning Protocols: during the pandemic we have been diligent about cleaning. We sanitize the dealership and all touch points regularly. Once your service is completed on your vehicle, we then sanitize your vehicle again before give you the keys. We do require our staff and customers to wear masks. If you don't have one, don't worry - we have new masks the provide to anyone who needs one. In our waiting area we also have a wash sink for people to wash their hands at any time.
